Michelle Somogyi Nemeth Mini Grant Program application

We are excited to offer mini grants to help with the financial costs of a cancer diagnosis on you and your family. To receive a MSN mini grant, families must:

Be active in our UPLIFT program, having attended at least (1) one UPLIFT event in the past 3 months

And

Have a caregiver who has been diagnosed with cancer and is either currently receiving cancer treatment or is in remission

Have a caregiver who has lost their job or are unable to work due to cancer diagnosis and/or treatment

Be an UPLIFT family who has lost a caregiver within the past 18 months to cancer

Be an UPLIFT family who has a caregiver receiving palliative care or hospice care
